Please return the product via the retailer's process. 

However, and this is not mandatory, but much appreciated, it would be very helpful if you could email with notification of your issue as well.  We want to make sure you get our products at its best, and we carefully monitor how our product makes it way through the market. Also if there is something you don't like about the product we want to hear that too.


If you are not completely satisfied with your VedaLife products, we will gladly accept returns within 90 days of purchase.  Our Customer Care Specialists are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time to assist you with this process. 

Quality Issue or Misdelivery

If the product was a misdelivery, or there is a quality issue, and you did not receive the product as part of a free-shipping order, email and we will send you a processing number and arrange return shipping. You can receive the correct or a replacement product at the same shipping costs as applied to the initial product (i.e. free shipping, even if the replacement product alone would satisfy free shipping conditions).  

Other Reasons

If you wish to return the product for another reason, please indicate your reason for returning it in an email to and mail it to the address below.  Please note that we cover return shipping costs only for quality or misdelivery reasons. For other reasons, we will extend you a credit for your next purchase equal to the lower of:

  • the cost of return shipping if sent via USPS for an object of that size and weight packed and mailed in the most cost-efficient order (you needn’t send it USPS, however that rate will be used for your credit calculation), OR
  • $10. 

All returns must first be initiated by email. Please send any returns along with proof of purchase (invoice), a printout of your intital returns notification email sent to, and the address to which any replacement product should be sent to:
